Being on the edge is tricky and sometimes not safe, but the edges offer a better view, and we tried to use the existing edges of the site.

A Connected Space for Public Interaction

We decided to connect these two separated sides not just by a bridge but by having them share an object—a Ferris wheel. It will be the connector, landmark, and attraction of this site.

We looked at this site from two perspectives: the event space of the provincial government building and the extension of the central park. By accumulating these functions, we organized them as a two-story landscape, integrating both open and semi-open spaces.
